Long-time member Lai Shi-ruo has spent years deepening roots in his hometown of Tongluo, awakening local cultural awareness and revitalizing heritage. GTAT was honored to take part in the opening ceremony for the historic former staff dormitory, now converted into a “book lodge.”

“In practicing green tourism, we don’t just see the beauty of the mountains and forests — we see the strength of community renewal.” Multiple gatherings throughout 2025 brought partners together to walk the old mining railway and sustain Tamlan-area culture.
“What we’ve learned, we’re glad to share freely with society.” GTAT received an official certificate of authorization establishing the Keelung Nuannuan Green Tourism Promotion Center.
Ongoing collaboration with organizations such as the Taiwan Agricultural Tourism Development Association and the Taiwan Nature Trail Association, plus regular invitations to share GTAT’s perspective across major media outlets.
